Online plastic surgery consultation is provided to address your concerns regarding plastic surgery. This service allows you to discuss directly with Dr Leow regarding your problems, appropriate surgical procedures and obtain necessary information before and after your surgery.
Before your online consultation, you will need to fill up the questionnaire provided and take photographs to show the concerned areas that you desire to enhance. Your questionnaire form and photographs are required to be sent together by the e-mail provided to enable Dr Leow to discuss the surgical procedure with you. Please be assured that all your medical information and photographs shared with Dr Leow are highly confidential and will become part of your private medical record.
During the online plastic surgery consultation, you are encouraged to discuss your goals, concerns and expectations of the surgical procedure that you desire. Following the online plastic surgery consultation, you will be able to schedule a tentative surgery date pending a regular consultation at Dr Leow’s clinic. A regular clinic consultation is still required before your surgery. Many out of town or foreign patients schedule their regular clinic consultation 1-2 days before their scheduled surgery. If hotel accommodation is required, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly staff to arrange your hotel accommodation at the best rate available in Ipoh.
Surgery is not an exact science. In some cases, there is a need for re-operation after your initial surgery. If a ‘touch-up’ surgical procedure is required, Dr Leow may waive his surgical fee depending upon the case. The patient, however, is responsible for paying any operation theatre fees, anaesthesia fees, and associated implants or garments (if applicable).
Thank you for choosing Elegant Plastic Surgical Centre at Pantai Hospital. Although the majority of our patients are from Ipoh and other districts in Perak state, Dr Leow also sees patients who travel from other states in Malaysia or foreign countries. Whether you are flying into Ipoh Airport from a foreign country or driving into Ipoh for a consultation or surgical procedure, we hope the following information will help make your visit convenient and pleasant. If you require hotel accommodation, transportation service and travel arrangement, please do not hesitate to call our friendly staff to cater to your needs. To learn more about the options for reduced accommodation fees, please do not call the hotel directly. Please call our hospital customer service department first and ask our patient coordinators about current hotel discounts. Our friendly staff will be able to guide you and made special arrangements at reduced rates.
Step 1. Take Reference Photographs
Please take your photographs in front of a plain background. For example, use a plain-coloured wall or plain-coloured sheet (the white, blue or green colour is preferred) hung on a wall. The background should not be too dark or overexposed. Keep the camera angle straight forward. Do not angle down or up as this will also create an unnatural view of facial features.
Photos should be taken from the top of head to just below the neck with collar bones visible. Facial features should be relaxed. No smiling or frowning, just a relaxed natural position. Keep jawline in a relaxed natural position. Do not try to push jaw out or “pose” as this will only obscure your natural jawline. Please be as relaxed as possible for best photo outcomes.
A total of 6 views are needed: 1 front view, 2 obliques (right and left) views, 2 sides (right and left) views and 1 view with chin tilted slightly upward.

Photos should be taken from just below your chin to above your knee. The whole torso area should be visible without any garment obscuring the area to be examined. Hands and arms should not be raised as this lifts the abdomen to an unnatural position. Do not “suck in” the abdomen as this also creates an unnatural position. Inhale and exhale out to completely relax your abdomen. Hands can rest on your hips with elbows bent naturally to the sides or rest naturally straight back. Please be as relaxed as possible for best photo outcomes.

Photographs should be taken from just below the neck with shoulders visible to just above the belly button. You will need to take your photos without any garments on; for example, no bras or shirts.
